Includes 11 easy prep, engaging personal finance exploration activities! Each activity requires students to independently research the actual costs of buying a car, renting an apartment, buying groceries, searching for a job, and more! Also included are insurance and stock market research activities.
Students will learn how to independently make financial decisions as they learn how to research costs, read the fine print, and compare different options. They will have the opportunity to apply real-world math skills as they work to keep a vacation within a budget, calculate the cost of buying a car, and more!
Students will complete these activities independently! Just go over the instructions, and let them get started! Because of this, these activities also work well for days you may be out of the classroom.
