Description

Includes 16 questions requiring students to read and interpret pay stubs! Students are provided two realistic sample pay stubs to use as they answer the questions. Topics include locating specific information on a pay stub, deductions, calculating percentages of income withheld for taxes, comparing income between two pay stubs, gross vs. net income, and year-to-date vs current income.

This is a DIGITAL Scavenger Hunt using Google Forms. Similar to traditional class scavenger hunts where students search around the classroom for their answer that will lead them to the next question – students’ answers will lead them to the next question on the Google Form. Students will not need to move around the room for this activity. Please see the preview for an example.
