Description
Practice writing equations in slope-intercept form with this self-checking practice activity! Students will practice writing equations in slope intercept form when given a table, graph, a point and slope, or two points.
Students will work in pairs – one student will complete the ‘Partner A’ side, and the other will complete the ‘Partner B’ side. Even though each partner has different problems, their answers will be the same! This allows them to check their answers with their partner and creates some great mathematical discussions when students disagree on the answer!
Two versions are included for differentiation! Each version includes 10 questions for each partner (20 questions total per version).
On version 1, points are clearly marked on graphs, y-intercepts are included in tables, and numbers are a little bit ‘friendlier’.
Version 2 does not have clearly marked points on the graphs, y-intercepts are not always included in the tables, and more negatives and fractions are included.
