Description

Practice calculating percentages with this self-checking partner practice activity! Includes both percent proportions practice and applications of percentages. Percent Applications include simple interest, tax, markups and markdowns, gratuities and commissions, fees, percent increase and decrease, and percent error.

Students will work in pairs – one student will complete the ‘Partner A’ side, and the other will complete the ‘Partner B’ side. Even though each partner has different problems, their answers will be the same! This allows them to check their answers with their partner and creates some great mathematical discussions when students disagree on the answer!

Both worksheets include 10 problems per partner (20 total problems per worksheet).
