Practice comparison shopping using unit prices with this real-world math activity! Students will use grocery store websites to find items needed for a cookout shopping list, calculate unit prices, quantity needed for 24 people, and more!
Also includes three alternate versions to allow for student choice! Alternate versions include shopping for a taco dinner, spaghetti dinner, and pancake breakfast!
All four versions begin with guided examples that can be completed together as a class to help students understand the assignment. They can then work independently or with a partner to complete the activity. The activity ends with reflection questions.
